I waited too long, but otherwise it was a good experience
Dr Smith is an outstanding medical doctor and patiently listens to her patients concerns.
Dr. Smith is such a great person and a very knowledgeable neurologist. I feel that she keeps up with latest neurological news and treatments as she attends many seminars. I feel very confident in her ability to treat my issues, and answers my questions as they arise.
Dr. Smith was remarkable. She listened to my concerns intently, provided feedback, and I left there with a plan. For once, I didn’t leave a doctor’s office feeling defeated or like I was just another number. I felt heard. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Dr. Smith is always kind, understanding and caring. She has helped me to understand and navigate my health issue.
Dr Marsha Smith is VERY thorough. I’ve had several neurologists throughout my life (I’m 62), and Dr Smith is the best one I’ve had! She looks at the entire person, not just their brain. She considers sleep, diet, exercise, stress levels, current medications, medical history, and what her patients tell her. Dr Smith sees her patients as people, not just medical cases!
Dr Smith is extremely knowledeable. She takes the time to explain complicated issues in a very understandable way.
Very accommodating, I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and really didn’t feel like to 2 hour drive so Dr Smith did my visit by virtual health.
The receptionist, nursing staff and Dr. Smith were cordial and professional. Dr. Smith was very thorough in her review of the data I provided from a previous out of state emergency room exam and in explaining the various aspects of the data and my condition. She also made constructive recommendations for further labs and for further investigation of my memory challenges. Thanks to everyone with whom we worked.
I was treat very well by both Marsha And her medical assistant. They listened well and made me feel good about the current status of my condition.
Dr. Smith is so kind, knowledgeable and caring. She makes you feel like you can do this. A real inspiration.
