Staff is amazing with excellent bedside manners. This was my first visit with my children. All concerns were listened too without attempting to diagnose without testing. I highly recommend Pediatric Heroes!

Dr. Jackson-Hall and Ebony were extremely kind, professional and thorough. We’re new to the city, and their interaction with my daughter and I gave us a great first impression. Plus I found out Dr. Jackson-Hall is a veteran, so now I feel extra blessed to have found a great doctor for our family and be able to support a veteran-owned business. Fully recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Jackson-Hall! Her office and staff were willing to get my child in same day even though their schedule was full. She is very knowledgeable and thorough during the visit and dedicated to making sure she goes above and beyond to help my child feel better when sick! I am so thankful to have found her after not so good experiences in the past. I will continue to recommend this office!

Hello, everyone me and my son are new to the San Antonio. It has amazing people including the Pediatric Heros and Families Clinic staff and Doctor M. Jackson-Hall. They were all professional from the greeting when you walked through the door till you depart. The facility was well cleaned. The nursing staff asked questions to ensure that we were there for the right services. Doctor Jackson-Hall was AMAZNG, she came into the room with compassion, and the will to service US!!! OUR NEW PCP!!
