My daughter’s PCP is amazing. She really listens to both of us, and I always feel like she genuinely cares about my daughter’s well-being. She’s patient, explains things in a way we both understand, and goes out of her way to make sure we’re comfortable and informed. We’re so grateful!
Dr. Jackson-Hall and Ebony were extremely kind, professional and thorough. We’re new to the city, and their interaction with my daughter and I gave us a great first impression. Plus I found out Dr. Jackson-Hall is a veteran, so now I feel extra blessed to have found a great doctor for our family and be able to support a veteran-owned business. Fully recommend.

Dr. Marlischa is very good, kind and calm. She takes her time to see what is happening to you and also asks you questions to find out more about what is worrying you. She listens patiently and is friendly. I recommend it 100%

Hello, everyone me and my son are new to the San Antonio. It has amazing people including the Pediatric Heros and Families Clinic staff and Doctor M. Jackson-Hall. They were all professional from the greeting when you walked through the door till you depart. The facility was well cleaned. The nursing staff asked questions to ensure that we were there for the right services. Doctor Jackson-Hall was AMAZNG, she came into the room with compassion, and the will to service US!!! OUR NEW PCP!!
Dr Hall is awesome! I love her office staff too :) It never feels over booked and waiting forever. We get in and out very quickly. I love how it feels like a small get to know your family practice. Highly recommend Dr Hall as your pediatrician!

The staff at Pediatric Heroes are always very friendly and efficient. Dr. Hall is always kind and has provided my son with excellent care. She has worked to make sure he receives the proper care and she always puts him at ease during our visits. We always leave feeling that we got the best care from her and her staff.

This is my second review and it hasn’t changed! I’ve been visiting this office for one of my little ones for almost a year now. I absolutely love this doctor and her staff. Every visit has been amazing. The office is always very clean, wait time is extremely low, the girls up front are friendly and quick, the doctor is so sweet and friendly!
Dr Jackson was extremely helpful and made my daughter feel very welcomed. She made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly and gave me great feedback about things I could do to help improve my daughters health at home. Overall we are very pleased with our experience with the staff and feel very grateful to have found a great doctor!
