I think I am learning to be persistently patient as I’ve consulted with Dr. Sylvester for my mental health and knowing that our road is nearly at an end is a little sad for me. He is kind but I have had to trim back my issues so Show moreas not to waste our time. That said his practice has wellness opportunities that will help even the most insular person, from IV to Tai Chi. I will miss him as I am moving to Virginia but will not forget him.
Dr Sylvester is the best practitioner I’ve been to !!, As a retired therapist , I find his vast knowledge of the mind - body connection , as well as his years of experience , along with a very open minded empathic demeanor to bShow moree a perfect combination , anyone lucky enough to be his patient , will so benefit from. His office and staff provide the perfect zen experience which is so rare these days. I highly recommend him to anyone .

Handled me with care
Mark has been very helpful educating & treating me for heavy metals, sleeping & energy issues. He's educated, smart & I appreciate that he can explain things so that I can understand without needing a medical degree or a great deal of holistic knowledge what & why he is suggesting/treating my maladies.
Dr. Sylvester has more knowledge than anybody I’ve ever worked with before. He has been able to secure answers for me that others have failed to do. I so appreciate his resolve to get to the root of a problem and not just to medicate a symptom. I highly recommend Dr. Sylvester!
