Silver Spine & Neurological Center was established by Dr. M. Viktor Silver after 20 years in practice with interventional pain management, minimally invasive and outpatient spine surgeries.
Dr. Silver completed fellowship training in the management of Complex Spinal diseases, including minimally invasive spine surgery, disc replacement and spinal injections.
With many years of experience in challenging cases, areas of special interest to Dr. Silver are the management of spinal conditions like sciatica, spinal stenosis, neck and back pain using the latest techniques in spinal injections, minimally invasive spinal surgery, sacroiliac joint fusions, spine cord stimulation and same-day surgery.
The primary objective is to understand the patient’s symptoms and signs in the context of a comprehensive diagnosis, to then lay the groundwork for treatment. I have been to other Neurolgy Surgeon's. Dr. Silver by far is 5 stars every visit. He's knowledge & compassion makes me fell so comfortable. I highly recommend him. He will take care of you.
I have a spinal cord stimulator since 2017 wasn't working to well till DR Silver and a product rep reprogrammed my unit. Now my back feels better than it has in years.
Little bit nervous on my part but I settled in and all went well.

I struggled for three years with pain that went from my neck up the right side of my head and down my cheek to my chin. I tried everything to alleviate the pain... physical therapy, chiropractors, decompression, and pain management. Nothing relieved the pain. I was discouraged and put my life on hold. I had to sleep in a specific position, I stopped exercising and even lifting anything with much weight for fear of the pain. Dr. Silver was recommended by my chiropractor. He gave me hope that I could go back to living a normal life. It is always scary to think of surgery on your spine, especially when you are over 50. Dr. Silver's calm and friendly demeanor helped to alleviate my fear. I love that he is very conservative and gives options instead of immediately jumping to a recommendation of surgery. My surgery was a little over a month ago and I have not had any pain and I truly feel that I can now get back to a normal life. During the first follow-up appointment he told me that my procedure was challenging and fun. I am always thankful to work with someone who loves and enjoys their craft. Thank you Dr. Silver for giving me my life back.

Lower back pain is common for many older individuals and I happen to be one of those. Dr. Silver suggested physical therapy and over several months of targeted exercises I was able to reduce the level of pain and discomfort in my lower back.

Everyone was very nice and very helpful when I talked to them about my health care and up coming app dr was really good with me Explain everything to me that I could understand and also set me up with the specialist to do Injections in my shoulder explain how all that would take place. He was very good with me very well that's a manner for doctors. The nurses were very very sweet. I prayed the real nice atmosphere. Yes I would go back yes I would kill everybody about doctor Sheldon. A break experience all the way around
