Dr. Klaiman and his staff are terrific. The staff is very friendly and efficient in handling appointments, insurance, and helping with any issues that arise. Dr. Klaiman, takes his time to assess the medical issues and treatment oShow moreptions. He was very helpful in guiding me to choose the treatment that best suits my needs. I have been coming to Dr. Klaiman with various issues and injuries for many years. It is really a bonus to have the Point Perfomance physical therapy group in the same facility.
The office personnel are very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Klaiman is not a doctor that goes straight to surgery (never even mentioned it). He gave me another option to try for my issue and I’ll do that first. Thanks to all in his Show moreoffice!
