Dr. Palmer is gentle, kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions and explain what she's doing. I'm sure she's busy, good doctors usually are, but she never makes you feel like your being rushed out. Yes, I would Show morerecommend her to anyone who needed the type of medical support she provides. I'm seeing quite a few medical professionals now, and I rank her at the top of that list. I consider myself blessed to have her on my team and am sure that anyone else she's helping consider themselves blessed as well. She's a shining star in Frederick's medical community; and I'm honored to be able to express how much I appreciate and value her.
