I was told that this visit today was a walk-in and get a shot. Appointment was at 9:45. When I was taken into the exam room I told the lady that this was just for a shot. Told that I would need to see Dr. After sitting there for over 1 hr. She came in an gave me the shot.
Dr Sprock has never disappointed me! Always takes her time to listen and is right on with treatment. I highly recommend!

Dr.Sprock is very likable and knowledgeable.
Had to wait almost an hour to see the Dr. after the nurse called me in the room which was nice and fast and then you sit there half naked. ( very uncomftable.I like the Dr. very much, except the waiting time it was to long.

Thorough and friendly ,answered my questions and took initiative to solve my medical issues. Only beef i have is dealing with paying for costs when I shouldn't have to after my out-of-pocket expense was met for the year with my insurance. Dr offices should call patients insurance benefits dept's and verify their benefits, but this office said they cannot call my insurance, they referred me to billing and billing won't issue me a refund...so I was forced to take further steps to resolve my issue.
Dr. Spock takes time to explain procedures, your prescriptions and helps you decide what is best for you. I highly recommend her!

Dr Sprock was FANTASTIC in all aspects of my examination! However, I was NOT told about the FEE to process my credit/debit card in advance! I would have paid by check if I had been told..I feel I am owed the transaction fees returned....
