Staff was very friendly and very compassionate. Dr Sprock took my daughter in as a new patient immediately after reviewing a month long battle of hospital visits, procedures and multiple Dr. appts. We came in not knowing what to eShow morexpect and we came out of the office with an actual care plan and a way to figure out what's going on and how to fix it. We are so happy with Dr. Sprock, she's understanding, knowledgeable and gets right to the point of the problem.

Explains and educates on treatment process to ensure as the patient I have complete understanding of the treatment and expected outcomes. The phone service needs work. I have called several times and and stayed on hold for several minutes. The option to have a call back doesn't exist. Even though I was first in line and told I was guaranteed a call back never happened. Dr. Sprock is wonderful and a caring physician.

I recently became a patient of Dr. Sprock. Her staff is very nice and helpful. Dr. Sprock is very thurough and genuinely interested in finding the answer to my ongoing issue. Wait times are minimal and yet she never rushes me. I'm glad I found this office.
