First time at the Davie location- Julie was the nurse I saw who was fantastic-personable & professional. Waited a short time to see Dr Zelch, also, great, diagnosed my problem and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, that was Dr ZelcShow moreh’s last day at that facility :(

Marina Ryan is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. From childhood, Marina always had a passion for medicine with a strong desire to help people in every aspect of care. Originally from Russia, she received her Associates in Science degree in Nursing and Bachelor in Science degree in Biology in her country, which made a perfect combination of both sciences for advanced knowledge and a full understanding of how medicine works together with human anatomy and physiology. In 2002 Marina moved to the United States and started working as an Environmental Analyst at a Biochemical laboratory for 5 years, before she pursued her interest in medicine. Marina obtained her ASN from Broward College and took a job as a Registered Nurse at Good Samaritan Medical Center in a Telemetry/Medical-Surgical/Orthopedic Unit, where she gained valuable experience in a hospital setting and at the same time obtained her BSN from Florida Atlantic University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. To expand her nursing experience and gain additional knowledge in a different practice area, Marina changed her career from hospital care setting to outpatient services. While working as a Preoperative/PACU Registered Nurse at Central Palm Beach Surgery Center, she decided to continue her education further and obtained her MSN from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with Honors. During her educational time, she received several honors and awards.
Marina had become a lifelong learner with extensive knowledge and skills which she readily applies in the care of her patients with a focus on education for health promotion and disease prevention. She is dedicated to delivering high quality medical care to her patients with an individualized and holistic approach.
She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioner Council of Palm Beach County, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and Golden Key Honor Society.
Marina is fluent in English and Russian. Her hobbies include traveling, photography and playing piano. She is married and especially enjoys spending time with her 4 year old daughter.

I always have a good experience with Dr Fernandez.
I requested an inhaler (albuterol) and got instead a medication similar to advair but more expensive.
Dr. Fernandez is one of a kind. She has been a partner in my health care for years. She listens, cajoles, supports, and sometimes uses tough love when she cares about my health more than I do. She never talks at me, but we have conversations about my health where my opinion matters. I trust her with my life.
Dr Zelch is excellent. Great bedside manner. Never rushes me. Highly recommended.
Ms. Marie is an excellent doctors she let u know upfront and what's going on in the body she's a gift from God to your staff great Doctor.

I have seen Dr. M Teltzer for a few years now. He is very compassionate, caring, and most important very professional. as a cardiac nurse myself who has practiced cardiovascular for 40 years I could not have asked for a more resourceful cardiovascular physician . As the years went by the relationship that developed was phenomenal. I found I could ask him anything medically. He also helped me considerably as I retired from the profession. Naturally, I was sadden to hear he also was going to retire! He put me at ease as I faced cardiac issues. Happy Retirement Dr. Teltzer.
