About Marilyn Kanu

Marilyn Kanu is a dedicated mental health professional based in Haverhill, Massachusetts. Originally from Sierra Leone in West Africa, Marilyn moved to the United States at the age of 19, bringing with her a deep passion for helping others and creating meaningful change. She graduated from Haverhill High School in 2005, laying the foundation for a lifelong pursuit of education and service. Marilyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Psychology from Worcester State University (2018) and a Master of Science in Public Health and Global Health from Southern New Hampshire University (2023). Currently, she is pursuing her M.S. in Clinical Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University, further deepening her expertise in mental health.
