She completed her undergraduate education at Brown University and received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL. She then moved to Philadelphia to complete her residency training at Cooper University Hospital, a high-volume Level 1 trauma center.

Dr Gabriel is amazing !
Subject: Complaint Regarding PHI Violation and Poor Customer Service I recently visited Dr. Cossette's office and had a concerning experience regarding the handling of my personal health information (PHI) and poor business practices. Two weeks prior to my appointment, I called the office for a quote on a procedure. I was given the rates and informed that I would need to pay a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due on the day of the appointment. However, when I checked in, the receptionist directed me to use the kiosk without offering adequate privacy. While completing my profile, I overheard another patient discussing sensitive information about their record in which the receptionist discussed patient’s co-pay balance and list of screenings which included STDs, which I believe violated HIPAA. When I asked the receptionist for a private area to discuss my procedure, she did not acknowledged and she tried to collect a co-pay that was higher than the quoted amount and further, after asking her to speak in private proceeded to say out loud the name of the procedure. It turns out I was given the wrong quote and that it was their error that I was given the old rates. I requested to speak with the office manager, but a woman named Abby, who later admitted she was just a biller, claimed to be the office manager. She acknowledged the error in quoting the wrong co-pay, but insisted the office would not refund my deposit due to office policy. I was treated disrespectfully, and my concerns about the PHI violation were dismissed. I feel the office staff, particularly the receptionist and Abby, poorly represented Dr. Cossette's practice, and I was forced to pay more than expected. I urge the office to review its practices, educate staff on HIPAA compliance, and improve customer service. I will also look into filing a complaint under No Surprise Act and will be disputing the charges with services not rendered at no fault of my own.

I LOVED my experience! They got me in so quick, everyone in the office was so nice, and the cute decorations were such a nice + professional touch. Dr. Gabriel was so attentive, kind, and respectful. It can be kind of embarrassing for some concerns and she was so non-judgmental and warm. 10/10 would recommend!

Although it was only my first appointment from the front desk to the Dr and CA I had an amazing experience. They went above and beyond to make sure that my appointment was great and completed for what I needed. Dr.Gabriel was so knowledgeable and sweet. She made me feel so safe and cared for. This is my second baby and im so happy I went with this practice.

My husband and I are so appreciative of Dr. Gabriel and for many reasons. Her professionalism, kindness and thoroughness is unmatched. This is our first pregnancy and I am a patient with an autoimmune disease. At our first appointments, Dr. Gabriel took the time to hear our concerns and was very knowledgeable in addressing our questions. We left feeling relieved and confident under her care. Recently, I expressed I had a terrible sinus infection and couldn’t get an appointment fast enough - Dr. Gabriel jumped into action and recommended me someone who had availability for the very next day. We are just so thankful for her attentiveness and support throughout such a special time in our life. The entire staff is outstanding at CWC and we thank you all for the amazing experience thus far.

I absolutely love this office! All of the nurses are amazing and Dr. Crespo is the best. As a first time mom I wasn’t sure what to expect but throughout my entire pregnancy I felt so cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
