I would like to thank Dr. Maria Lee for taking the time to explain the concern with me about my health. For the first time since I had been dealing with some health issues I finally feel better. They check in with me once a week. Show moreJust to see if I have any of concern or questions and do I need refill for my medicine. I really appreciate how Dr.Lee and her staff care for me. She tell me the true about my health. Praise God for her. I had been going to the doctor and they would say change your diet and watch your carb. Oh she is a blessing to me and health.
Everyone was courteous and professional including the lab technician. Dr. Lee was professional and caring. She took the time to explain the thyroid ultrasound she did today on 04/14/2025 and the comparison with the ones done in 20Show more23 and 2024. Dr. Lee informed me of the lab tests she was ordering and when the office would called me the results. If anyone would ask me about an endocrinologist I would recommend Dr. Lee. I appreciate the time she takes to speak with you to explain things to you and give you the time to ask questions.
Maria Lee, MD, is a board-certified endocrinologist and internal medicine physician at The Endocrine Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Lee joins the team of endocrinology, diabetes, and thyroid specialists at the practice’s Main Campus and Greater Heights office locations.
A Sugar Land native, Dr. Lee earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin, and her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She then completed both her internal medicine residency and a fellowship in endocrinology, lipids, and metabolism at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Lee is excited to return to Houston to serve the patients in her community and be back with her family and friends. From her extensive training, Dr. Lee has an interest in many different endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disease, parathyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and others.
In her spare time, Dr. Lee enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling, and dancing (swing and salsa).

Very good
Dr Lee and the office staff are courteous, helpful and efficient. Dr Lee listen to my concerns and didn’t dismiss them but requested additional tests to determine root cause. This was reassuring and made me fell hear.
Highly recommend Dr. Lee! She is kind, patient, thorough, and does an excellent job making sure you understand everything she goes over.

Dr. Lee was referred to me by another Dr. She was easy to talk to and listened attentively as we discussed my health. She suggested some changes and recommended some new tests. I look forward to seeing her again to discuss-results of those tests.

Great Doctor
Dr. Maria Lee is a great doctor. I wouldn't go to any other Dr but her. She's very caring about her patients and does her best in answering all your questions and does take her time with her patients.
Dr. Lee's staff is friendly and prompt. They made sure I knew the cost of my appointment before I arrived, so there was no surprise. Dr. Lee is efficient and has even gone out of her way to address issues that other physicians have ignored.

Dr. Qureshi is great. Takes his time with you and doesn’t rush. The lab person I had didn’t seem to happy…she looked at the list of people she had to draw labs for and said “I guess I’m not going to get a lunch…”. That is my only complaint. Dr Qureshi himself and staff are great.
