Board-certified physician assistant, Maria Ammori, PA-C, joined the team at Associated Dermatologists in 2007. She is committed to providing high-quality, patient-focused care to patients at the practice’s locations in the Edgewater Medical Building in Commerce and the Atrium Medical Center in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
Maria graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2005. Prior to receiving her master’s degree, she attended Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, where she earned her undergraduate degree in biology.
Before joining the team at Associated Dermatologists, Maria worked at another dermatology practice in the area, treating patients for a variety of dermatologic conditions. Maria sees patients for routine office visits and performs many surgical procedures. She has a strong interest in medical dermatology as well as cosmetic dermatology.
She currently resides in West Bloomfield, Michigan, with her husband. They have three wonderful sons.

Maria was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us clear instructions. However the receptionist at check-in was unfriendly and curt. I’ve been coming here for years and this is a common occurrence at this office. The woman at check-out was very nice and helpful when I was scheduling our follow up appointment.

I had a great visit at the west Blmfld office today-I usually go to the Novi one as it is closer to my home however because I needed to get in they made sure I was well taken care of when I called this morning The staff took such great care of me they were both professional and pleasant I truly could not ask for more
