About Marcela Carlton

Marcela Carlton is a certified nutritionist and Ideal Protein® Coach at the Endocrine and Psychiatry Center in Katy and Houston, Texas. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience about weight loss and nutrition with others.

After losing 52 pounds and keeping it off, Marcela decided to share her success with others and become an Ideal Protein® Coach. Utilizing Ideal Protein® as a dieter before studying to become a coach gives Marcela the advantage of connecting with her patients in a unique way. She’s been in their shoes; therefore, she guides all dieters with the same motivation and encouragement she gave her own journey. Marcela can provide each dieter the support they need to start and maintain their Ideal Protein® lifestyle.

Coaching only motivated Marcela further – she wanted to be able to help and support every patient at the Endocrine and Psychiatry Center. In 2020, she decided to get her Nutritionist Certification. After getting her certification, Marcela has been able to help and support more patients through the EPC Lifestyle Program. This program is based on Macro Nutrition, which can help you lose weight and manage your diabetes.

As a Nutritionist and Ideal Protein® Coach, Marcela provides Nutrition and Weight Loss Consultations for patients with diabetes or hypothyroidism. She can also work closely with your provider to help you meet your goal.
