After serving as the vice president and clinical partner of one of the largest dental service organizations in America, general dentist Lynn A. Livingston, DDS, brings more than 25 years of invaluable experience to the community of Decatur, Georgia, at Dental Care Center of Decatur.
Dr. Livingston graduated from Central Michigan University before attending the University of Detroit School of Dentistry, where he received his DDS. He then completed a hospital-based residency at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. After completing his training, Dr. Livingston practiced in Michigan and Virginia before moving to Georgia.
Dr. Livingston has been recognized with a number of awards for his accomplishments in dentistry, including the title of Top Gun Dentist from 2011 to 2018, an honor earned through exemplary dental care, dedication to mentorship programs, and philanthropy.
Dr. Livingston is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Northern Dental District of Georgia. He’s also a member of the OKU Honor Society, an honor bestowed on only the top 1% of dentists nationwide.

I pull out my teeth and I was so scared at first but when the doctor took it out I didn’t feel any pain. He did a very good job.

What an amazing experience. Although they were Busy they found a way to fit my daughter in for an appointment. The Staff is so friendly, and Dr. Livingston Is One of a kind. He took the time to explain to my daughter, what was going on every step along the way. Found a new home with this practice. It’s too bad there’s only five stars cause we would’ve given 10
Dr. Livingston is an amazing dentist. He’s a caring person that listens & explains each procedure. If you’re looking for a dentist that cares & is gentle make an appointment with Dr. Livingston. For someone that hated going to the dentist, I’m thankful for being referred to Dr. Livingston.

The staff there, which the entire staff is phenomenal. The lady at the desk. I can't remember her name, but she goes above and beyond to help with billing situation. The young man that waited on me, Noah, that's his name, Noah. He was great. Doctor livingston you as always, is fantastic. Thank you all so much.
Dr Livingston went out of his way to do an emergency bride for my front teeth so I could comfortably go on a four day vacation. He gave a beautiful smile so I didn’t have to go 0n my trip “snagged-toothed! Thank you Dr Lynn and your team!
Was treated excellently and though I had a lot of work done, it was relatively painless. Dr. Livingston and the staff were solicitous of my comfort at all times.
I have a lot of anxiety regarding the dentist and Dr. Livingston always helps me feel comfortable at each visit. I am confident that I will get judgment free help, and that he will recommend the most affordable and effective treatment each time. I do not see myself going to another dentist at any time in the future.
The office is a very friendly environment. Dentist office makes me nervous but the staff there make me feel comfortable and you do a good job making dentures. You explain things to me step-by-step.
