Dr. Basatneh is an awesome doctor. He has many credentials. He is very knowledgeable and professional on the treatments that he prescribes to each of his patients. He demonstrates love and concern for everyone that he treats for their symptoms.
They are so accommodating. I needed to change my appointment 15 minutes before the time, and it was no issue. I was still able to see the doctor and there was no fees for needing to change at pretty much the appointment time.
You could not ask for a better staff employment. The doctor is wonderful he has got a great sense of humor while he is serious. He explains things to you and makes you understand what he's saying. He communicates very well. I will not go to another neurologist.
