I am very happy with the medical care I received today from Dr. Luis Ortega. I was seen with in a few minutes of arriving, my symptoms were gone over ,tests were run ,and an exam done. When I left I was extremely satisfied with Show morethe results and care plan.

Appt scheduled for 3:30pm; finally saw provider close to 5pm. Requested scripts be sent to Rosauers. Received notification from another pharmacy 7pm that they were ready for pickup.
The staff are very friendly, I recieved through care and treatment that didn't feel rushed at all! I would gladly reccomend my friends and family to Urgent Care.

Luis took the time to listen to what was going on with my child. When my son was still not improving after a day I called and he returned my call personally and we discussed options to move forward with my son’s treatment. I really appreciated that he made us feel as if we were important and not just another appointment on the books.
