Hi, my name is Luis and I am a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been providing outpatient psychiatric services including medication management and psychotherapy in Phoenix for the past 6 years. I was born in Texas, raised in Mexico and have lived in Chicago and Phoenix each for ten years. I am also bilingual in Spanish. I have been working in mental health for 20+ years. I have a passion for what I do and have experience in the treatment of multiple conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder and more. My approach to mental health involves understanding the person as a combination of biological, psychological, and social health. I have a passion and am very interested in not only helping reduce symptoms but also focusing on improving wellness. My vision is to promote recovery and improve the quality of life from ages 4 to 94. When not learning more about psychiatry I enjoy family time and outdoor activities.

Dr. Fong makes our session comfortable. Always there to listen while giving feedbacks. I look forward to seeing him since he respects me as a patient but talks to me like a friend. Helps me reassure my thoughts and solidifies a path for me for improvement. Highly recommend. Although he is my doctor, I consider him as a friend! Thanks Doc!
