Lorraine is kind, asks questions in a soothing tone to capture how you are before hand, monitors the experience, asks about your experience and answers all and any of your questions regarding IV ketamine
Provider was attentive. I would have appreciated a little more time to talk with her, though.

Lorraine actually listens to you and makes you feel comfortable enough to tell her everything you need to get yourself the help you need. She is very thorough and cares about her patients. Finally feel better and its all thanks to her.

Lorraine was very respectful and motivated to help me to the best of her ability. She definitely makes you feel understood and you know she will do whatever it takes to help you. I still adore Nichole Topliff for changing my perspective of what's wrong in my head. I absolutely feel like Lorraine is much like her in the effect of helping me understand what's going on with me. Just wish she would listen a bit closer. But overall I would recommend her to friends and family.
