Lori was awesome, kind, with a listening ear. She got straight to business with the right questions, pokes and prods needed to figure out what was going on with me. She Rx'd the right kind of medications needed and told me to Show morecall back if I had questions or if new symptoms arose. I am very happy with how the visit went. As an urgent care, couldn't be happier.
The front desk staff was amazing. They were prompt and efficient and so very friendly. Dr. Lori was amazing and very through. She gave me tips for my medical issue that I’ve never gotten before. She helped right then and there in Show morethe office with the procedure she did. She also was very prompt and through. As well as friendly and efficient.

Lori is a dedicated health provider.
I have been a patient of Lori Nugent for years. She has an excellent bedside manner. She does not rush you in and out. She takes the time to explain everything in detail. I would not go to anyone else!
She's extremely thorough and listens to your concerns. I highly recommend her.
The doctor and nurse were kind and made my child comfortable when he was not feeling well.
The only complaints I have is that I used to be charged $35 office call when it was always $20 in the past. No changes with my insurance. Also twice now my son and my scripts were sent to the wrong place.
