Loiyarinest Reyes, APRN is a devoted, board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and vascular specialist with a heart for serving others through compassionate and holistic care. Originally from Puerto Rico, she first pursued a degree in Secondary Education at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. However, her calling to care for others led her to the healthcare field, where she found her true purpose.
She earned her master’s degree in health sciences from Herzing University while gaining hands-on experience at AdventHealth on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) floor and HCA Osceola’s Medical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU). Beyond the hospital, she dedicated her time to caring for hospice patients and individuals recovering from catastrophic events, always striving to bring comfort and healing to those in need.
Currently, she practices at Vascular Vein Centers in Davenport, where she continues to prioritize patient well-being with compassion and excellence. Her approach to healthcare is deeply rooted in her faith, believing that every patient encounter is an opportunity to extend kindness, healing, and hope.
Outside of work, she finds joy in spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, and serves in her church congregation. Her faith and love for others guides every aspect of her life, both personally and professionally.

Very professionally handled from Day 1 when I arrived. Everything was explained to me about my situation and I was told their plan to conquer this issue. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody.
Procedures are done by the doctor in the room they have. They explain all the details before, during and after the procedure, during the procedure and the options you have. The doctor, nurses and all the staff are excellent. Very professional and respectful. The doctor contacts you the next day after the procedure to make sure everything is ok. I give them a 5+.

Loiyarinest showed concern and described to me the effects of my treatment in a very detailed way. She was promt in providing me a document I needed to continue with a treatment I needed due to another condition I have. She is very professional, respectful and thorough as in her profession.

All personnel are excellent. Their customer service skills are more than excellent. They are very professional, knowledgable, courteous, and make you feel at home. They clearly explain the procedure and the instructions to follow afterwards. They also call the next day to ask “how you are feeling” and that you can call if you need to. I am 120% satisfied.
