My initial appointment was a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was welcoming and pleasant. The paperwork was completed on an iPad. Made it easy to fill out the questionnaire. Dr. Shah was personable and expressed inteShow morerest in my foot problems. She performed an examination of my foot circulation, sensitivity and painful areas on the bottom of my feet. Dr. Shah worked on my foot issue pain free. My feet are no longer hurting. She won me over motivating me to schedule a follow-up appointment.

Lisa Shah, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric surgeon at Aesthetic Podiatry & Sports Medicine Center in White Plains and Purchase, New York.
Dr. Shah attended Syracuse University for her undergraduate education. After graduating with her degree, she went on to complete her doctorate in podiatric medicine at the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her post-graduate training through a dual-residency program in podiatric medicine and surgery at Cabrini Medical Center.
During her final year of residency, Dr. Shah was a chief surgical resident. She had extensive training in all aspects of podiatry.
While serving patients at Aesthetic Podiatry & Sports Medicine Center, she is currently on staff at Gramercy Surgery Center and Mount Sinai Beth Israel. In addition, she enjoys giving back to the local community by participating in health clinics sponsored by The Gujarati Association of Connecticut.
Dr. Shah is a member of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association as well as the American Podiatric Medical Association. Passionate about continuing education, she maintains ongoing training to keep on top of the newest innovations and trends in podiatric care. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Shah takes great pride in ensuring that her patients’ needs are met with compassion and understanding.
In her free time, Dr. Shah enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also loves to go on long hikes and play golf.

Dr. Shah was lovely. She was easy to talk to, got to work on my corns right away and I walked out of the office with no pain whatsoever. She also recommended orthotic inserts for my shoes to help prevent recurrence. I will definitely go back to her the next time I need a podiatrist.
After our podiatrist of many years left our network, we were very upset, but thanks to a recommendation we were very lucky to find Dr. Shah. She made us comfortable immediately, is thorough, listens to your concerns and takes time to explain things to you. We are very happy to have found her.

Dr Shah, is truly a cut above the rest! From the moment you enter her quiet, serene office, her assistant was warm, and helpful setting the tone for a wonderful medical experience. I went in eith significant pain in both feet. Another Dr gad sugggested surgery on both feet. Thirty minutes later, Dr Shah so try led her magic and tonight I am I little discomfort…. Go, see her if you want quality care with a listening, empathetic physician

I had a good experience but had an appointment at 9:45 a.m. but she did not come into my room until 10:11 a.m. so I had to wait for her to come in when I was on time. Also, the office was cold but it was hot outside so during the summer I will have to bring a sweater with me from now on. I took business cards and gave them to two of my neighbors who also have Diabetes as well. I thank her for helping me walk better now that the nails are cut and I will see her again on October 10th.
