excellent experience, any procedure that should have “caused pain” was absolutely painless. i felt listened to and heard. wait times were short and the receptionist was also kind and helpful.
Lindsey was amazing! So kind and helpful :).
My visit with Lindsey was great! She heard my concerns and offered me advice while also making me feel comfortable in sharing.
The care plan seemed appropriate, but the provider was late to the telehealth appointment and sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I had requested to see Dr. Tam online, received email confirmation, and even called to verify the appointment. However, no one informed me that I wouldn't be seeing Dr. Tam that day, which could have been clarified during my call.
She was great and addressed all my questions and then some. Very professional and personable, would definitely recommend to others
Very nice and helpful. Helped me go through all of my options for birth control and explained them all thoroughly. No complaints at all.
Everyone was extremely nice from the moment I walked in. I was nervous and scared when I arrived and but I left with all of my questions answered. I am very grateful for the help. Thank you! I highly recommend.
Very nice office! All staff friendly and helpful. Lindsey was wonderful and quick to make you feel comfortable. New patient and will be back annually. Thank you!
Excellent experience! Appointments are in time for me so there’s been no long wait times. Lindsey is very professional of course, and very knowledgeable.
Personal and empowering care provider
I am on Tamoxifen so need monitor for the side effects. Lindsey is very nice and understanding and patient, she explained well and gave an exam and comforted my concerns. Highly recommend for her professionalism and kindness.
I had a great experience. Everyone I talked to was super nice and informative.
While I appreciate Lindsey’s attention to my concerns, I was disappointed by the lack of communication during our appointment. Lindsey’s admission that she wasn’t familiar with my medical history and hadn’t reviewed my chart beforehand made me feel that my care wasn’t prioritized, especially given the urgency I expressed about addressing my issues before my next menstrual cycle. I was scheduled for an ultrasound only to be told to wait an additional three weeks to discuss a hysteroscopy and then wait even longer to schedule the procedure. This drawn-out process felt like a waste of my time and resources, especially when I could have been seen by Dr. Tam, who is well-acquainted with my medical history and provides a more thorough approach to my healthcare. While I respect Dr. Tam’s busy schedule, I believe my time and care would have been better managed under her guidance from the start.
Very welcoming!
One of the best doctor experiences I’ve had. I felt like I was truly listened to and was given helpful information regarding my difficult periods.
This was my first visit and everything went smoothly and quickly!
Great!
Answered all by birth control questions, advised me on the best options based on what I’m looking for and was very informative.
She was patient and took the time for an accurate examination, listening to all of my concerns. After the visit, I felt relieved to know that I have someone who genuinely cares about my well-being and finding the best possible solution for my problems.
Lindsey was so kind and attentive, very patient with questions, and very efficient with cutting to the chase with tough questions.
Lindsey is great and explains everything to you so you understand. Would definitely recommend her to anyone….
Would have been 5 stars but the Medical assistant who took my vitals couldn’t even properly take my blood pressure. Creates some anxiety for how the rest of the appt is going to go when this is the first contact. Everyone else was amazing though
I liked it very much! Answered all my questions!
Lindsey listens to what your concerns are gives you information and lets you lead the experience. She's great, genuinely one of the better experiences I have had at a doctors office since becoming an adult.
I’ve heard so many nexplanon removal horror stories and was so nervous & anxious about the pain & bruising but Lindsey was very efficient and gave me the smoothest procedure! Ty!
Friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel encouraged and safe to ask questions!

Very friendly she’s like a family
Lindsey is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She discussed many treatment options, providing pro’s and cons. I highly recommend her!
She was great! Took her time and was not in a rush!
