Every time I come from my sessions, I feel refreshed. I do not talk politics in this present time with anyone but my doctor Jackson. Talking to anyone else would be a disaster. I can vent, Dr. Jackson listens, and I can take one day at a time and be happy. Positive feeling to get some things off my chest without criticisms. I am thankful.
