This was my first visit at Cool Springs Psych (1st psych visit in general) so I was unsure of what to expect. I could not have asked for a better experience. Lila was wonderful and was attentive to my concerns and things I needed help with. I can't wait for my next visit with her. She is GREAT!

I feel truly seen and heard and Lila - who I was transferred to due from a previous NP at CSP - has been such a gift to me and who I hope to keep working with.
