My experience with Dr. Milrod was a very positive and comfortable one. Do to the stay at home order we had a virtual appointment. This was the first time I ever did one and it went smoothly. The Dr.'s interaction with my son and I was very positive and engaging. The Dr. took his time working with my son, explained everything and answered all my questions. Very professional, accommodating and understanding .
We were extremely happy with our visit with Dr. Milrod. Dr. Milrod was knowledgeable and approachable. He was very thorough in his questions and listened with a patient ear to our concerns for our child. He provided additional educational suggestions and other strategies. During these unprecedented times, his office staff was helpful when scheduling the teleconference appointment and made sure we knew what paperwork was needed.
Dr. Milrod is an excellent neurologist. He gives great advice to kids and parents. If you need his service, I would highly recommend him.

We have brought all of our children to Dr. Milrod at some point. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a pediatric neurologist. He understands what you are trying to explain and we have never felt rushed or that our concerns were not being addressed. All of the support staff are wonderful and pleasant. We have never had an issue making an appointment or rescheduling when needed. We were even able to have our scheduled appointment via the internet during the pandemic.

Dr. Milrod and his staff were very accommodating. We got an appointment right away and they were all so patient with me trying to use Google Meet. Both Natasha and Karen were helpful with appointments and making the connection. Dr.Milrod was extremely thorough even while doing the exam virtually. He made us feel at ease and answered all of our questions.

First visit. No wait. The doctor seemed thorough and very caring. Front office staff also very professional and kind. The Doctor spoke genuinely to my daughter and took time to answer my questions. It was also great that they called me to fill a sudden opening, moving my appointment up two months.
Very nice and understanding staff The Doctor is a gentlemen and he is all ears to everything and everyone. He is also very hands on he made me feel that there was nothing else they needed to be talked about. Very attentive Doctor made you feel that every question was valid. I am very happy that I brought my child to Dr. Milrod. He was very pleasant - engaging easily with my child and joking around with her while he administered the neurological tests. He took time to listen to her history of headaches, was sympathetic, answered my questions. Importantly, he asked my child if she had any questions. I would happily recommend Dr. Milrod to any one who needs a pediatric neurologist. I also found his office staff to be polite and efficient.
Dr. Milrod is a caring and knowledgeable professional. He interacts very well with his patients, which I know can be a challenge for kids with issues. He has a great sense of humor, and has so improved my daughter's life. !
