Legna Castaneda, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at the Osceola Gynecology location in Orlando, Florida.
Ms. Castaneda received her master’s degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. She began her career as a certified inpatient obstetric nurse, practicing in both Jackson Memorial Hospital and South Miami Hospital as a labor & delivery nurse for over six years. During that time, her strong passion for women’s health and wellness was undeniable. She focused her graduate clinical training at UM largely on this unique field and excelled.
Ms. Castaneda has diverse skills across women’s health care, focusing but not limited to reproductive health, prenatal/postnatal care, gynecological care, menopause management, breast health, and sexual health.
She moved to Orlando in October of 2023 and is a great asset to our team in the Orlando office. On her time off, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, especially her Godchildren, who visit often now that Godmom is so close to the parks.

First visit so no relief but need testing first. No one wants to hear testing but it’s how we play the game I suppose. The pain continues for now as testing can’t be done right away.

I have been a patient for a few years and I feel that the care and service are always consistent. The staff is always kind and attentive and they are dedicated to providing care. I have yet to see an office be as accommodating and helpful as Osceola Gynecology. Ms. Soto and Dr. Gyang are great.
