About Dr. Lee Reese, MD, FACS

Doctor Reese was born and raised right here in Las Vegas graduating from high school in Clark County. He went to college at Brigham Young University and UNLV. He remained loyal to the state of Nevada and attended medical school in Reno at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. He decided to stay close to his ties in Las Vegas and entered his post medical surgical residency at University Medical Center in Las Vegas as well. Doctor Reese joined Desert West Surgery upon his completion ofresidency in 2004. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He has an interest in breast cancer,minimally invasive surgery, venous disease of the lower extremities and complex wound care.

Outside of his work Doctor Reese enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He loves to ride his bike in the summer and snow board in the winter. He also is very active in his church volunteering his time on Sundays and on periodic church youth activities.
