Lauren Anne Kelly is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner that is licensed to practice in New York State. Lauren began her educational journey at SUNY Oneonta, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She then pursued her interest in nursing, graduating with honors, from SUNY Farmingdale with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After working more than a decade as a registered nurse, Lauren decided to return to school to further her education. Lauren completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Molloy College located in Rockville Centre, New York. Lauren's nursing career began in 2003 at a level one trauma center in Long Island. Her areas of expertise include; Emergency Medicine/Trauma (adults and pediatrics), Interventional Cardiology, and Cosmetic Plastic Surgery. Lauren is qualified to diagnose and treat a wide array of diseases and conditions across an individual's lifespan.
Lauren is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing. She is currently certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Cardiac Life Support (PALS), and is registered by New York State Department of Health as a Opioid Overdose Prevention Narcan Provider.
Lauren and her husband James reside in Long Island with their two children. Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, running, and going to the beach on her days off.
