As the years went by the relationship that developed was phenomenal. I found I could ask him anything medically. He also helped me considerably as I retired from the profession. Dr. Peralta grew up in South Florida and graduated from McArthur High School in Hollywood, Florida. She earned her nursing degree at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, and then returned to her home state of Florida to work as an emergency room nurse before starting medical school.

Dr. Peralta always takes time, doesn’t hurry through my appointment and is very thorough in keeping up with all aspects of my health. She also listens to my concerns about difficulties I have trying to make positive changes to improve my health and does not scold. I love her.
First time at the Davie location- Julie was the nurse I saw who was fantastic-personable & professional. Waited a short time to see Dr Zelch, also, great, diagnosed my problem and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, that was Dr Zelch’s last day at that facility :(

I requested an inhaler (albuterol) and got instead a medication similar to advair but more expensive.

Dr Zelch is excellent. Great bedside manner. Never rushes me. Highly recommended.

Although I do not see the doctor at the appointed time (there's usually a wait), I understand that it is because she is taking her time. When we discuss my issues, I do not feel rushed. This is a plus. Dr. Peralta is not cookie-cutter.
