Laura Bradford, MD, provides compassionate, comprehensive women’s health services to patients of all ages at Eighth Avenue Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Medical District of Fort Worth, Texas.
Dr. Bradford earned her medical degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, and completed her internship and residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. She has over two decades of experience treating OB/GYN patients in private practice. She specializes in all areas of obstetrics and gynecology care.
Dr. Bradford was a member of the teaching faculty at North Texas Affiliated Medical Group and John Peter Smith Hospital, where she supervised and taught at sixteen OB/GYN residency programs in county and private hospital settings.
Dr. Bradford is board-certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and maintains her advanced credentials with continuing education, so she is aware of the latest advancements in women’s health care.

Dr Bradford is amazing
There’s always a long wait to see Dr. Bradford, but she is just the best. I have been a patient for over 20 years, and she always remembers me and my health history.
Visit with Dr. Laura Bradford was great, the wait time however it was terrible. Waited 1hr and 20 mins to se Dr. Laura Bradford. Would best to coordinate appoints to time wait, instead of patients having to wait over 20 mins.
Dr Bradford has helped me so much with my journey through anxiety and depression. I feel like she really understands me.
I had an appointment with Dr. Bradford recently, and I must say she was incredibly helpful. Despite the uncomfortable procedure, she took the time to explain everything step-by-step, ensuring I understood what was happening. Dr. Bradford patiently answered all my questions, including follow-ups. Her approach made me feel at ease, especially since I was quite nervous. I highly recommend her!
Always efficient and professional while being caring.
After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes to be called back, I left. I understand a doctor’s time is valuable but our time is just as important and should be respected as well. We are expected to show up on time therefore we should have the same expectation to be seen on time.

Dr. Bradford goes the extra mile to see that her patients are expertly cared for and heard. She delivered my second child and now performed a hysterectomy. Several years have passed between procedures but her expertise and level of care are and have been exceptional.

Dr. Laura Bradford is not only a phenomenal ob-gyn doctor, she's the best physician I've ever encountered in any specialty. She's always attentive, cued in on my concerns, and highly knowledgeable (and what she doesn't know she researches). I've had the pleasure of knowing her for many years now. I'm comfortable asking her anything. She's been known to contact me after hours with new information and health recommendations. Long appointment wait times happen occasionally if she needs to leave to deliver a baby but I always come prepared and never mind waiting knowing I'll be getting the best care possible. I'm always given the opportunity to schedule for later that day, reschedule for another day or to wait it out. The only downside of having Laura as my ob-gyn is that I find myself expecting the same level of personal care and attention from my other physicians/specialists. I do have other exceptional doctors but none who provide the level of personal care and dedication that Dr. Laura Bradford brings to her practice.
Dr. Bradford is amazing and will spend all the time you need with her to answer any concerns. That said, I waited two hours to be seen for a annual exam. I completely understand OBGYN is unpredictable but wish the people scheduling would acknowledge that and not book appointments on top of each other. That was my first appointment with Dr. Bradford, I liked her so much, I will go back and see if my first was just appointment was just a bad day.
Gosh where do I start? My experience with Dr. Bradford was phenomenal. He bedside manner is wonderful. From the beginning to the end of surgery she made not only myself but my husband very comfortable and at ease about the whole procedure and did an excellent job explaining my diagnosis and the process of operation. It was seamless.

Dr. Bradford made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t feel like there was a “dumb” question to ask and she always takes her time to address any concerns. She doesn’t see you quickly for a couple minutes, she actually takes her time to listen.
The office is clean. The staff (Sandra) are friendly and super helpful and attentive. Dr. Bradford gives time and is so knowledgeable.
My first appointment was not what i expected. It was a confirmation to me having a miscarriage. My first pregnancy, it hurt my soul. My husband and I sat there as Dr. Bradford explained how things like this just happens and there's no one to fault. She was super empathetic and made me feel like she shared my pain. Now we are on a plan to try again and she is helping me and guiding me so I can soon become pregnant. It is a truly blessing to have great doctors like her. !
I’ve been seeing Dr. Bradford for many years. She is, by far, the most personable doctor I’ve ever known. I find her highly professional yet easy to talk to. She explains things well and is very proactive.
Dr. Bradford was so kind and educative! I had a previously bad experience my first Pap smear, but Dr. Bradford talked me through it and made this experience much better. Thank you so much Dr. Bradford!
