I really like Dr. Laura as my therapist, and Dr. Denis as my PCP for medication. The office staff is always welcoming, professional, and kind, and ready to help. My therapy sessions actually include feedback and worksheets from Dr. Laura, and for the first time in therapy I feel like there is some hope that I can move forward with my life and make changes that I've been wanting to make for years. Dr. Laura gives great feedback, and I like that we are both on the same page with goals for treatme

I thought the appointment went really well and Dr. Blauenstein listened to me. She also presented me with options to get assessed and see if I have a learning disability or ADHD. We also talked about what I wanted to most focus on for treatment, and wanted out of therapy. I also have a full 50+ minutes which is huge, I usually don't get more than 35 minutes when i have gone other places. This was also something that I talked about in out first appointment, that is important to me.
I feel so comfortable with Dr. Blauenstein. She is so easy to talk to and I look forward to my appointments with her. The front office staff is friendly and sweet.
Laura is great and I love going in to see her every week. I feel such much better after every visit.
I would recommend this therapist to any family member or friend that requests any need for psychotherapy services. She is very personable and conveys interest in her clients lives. I also like the worksheets that she has provided to me that dovetailed into the topics that have been discussed in our therapy sessions.

I have seen 7 therapists this year and Laura has easily been my favorite, shes very intuitive, and insightful. She has helped me work through an awful lot in our short time together.
The front staff is on top of getting you fit in and knowing how to work with your insurance. They have be amazing. My therapist is well educated and good at communication. Works well In her scope and is willing to suggest others for things out of her scope. Zero complaints about anything.
From a bad experience with seeing a therapist, I thought I would never reach out to find someone to listen and care like my therapist does. Not only do they provide the right about of support for their clients but they make sure they are safe and comfortable. I felt welcomed and not ashamed for my feelings with my first visits from my therapist and psychiatrist. If you are thinking about checking Mind and Body Counseling out, I 10/10 recommend! You are not alone here.

I love coming in to see Laura. Being able to come in and get whatever is bothering me off my chest helps me feel better. Coming in to see her has really helped me mentally and emotionally.
