She always reminds me I'm only human, and give my self grace! I free refreshed and balanced after my appointments. I've had many therapists in the past but none like her! Still giving me tips to help me do it on my own when I'm not talking to her as a reminder. So if you're looking for a therapist that not only is going to listen but help give you tools to get by then I 100 million percent recommend LASHANDA KING-JONES
