Lets start with, I like the new office… It was time for me to return for annual and personal. I went to the portal to schedule. However, I felt that I may have a more urgent need. So, I called when they opened and voiced my conceShow morern. The receptionist was receptive and noticed a cancellation. Its nothing like being greeted well upon entering a location, given directions and informed on what to expect. (Although, bringing your own energy has a lot to do with it to). That said, the receptionist is just an extra sweet person. I was called back shortly after. Dr. Martinez popped her head in to let me know she would be with me momentarily. Doc hugged me upon entering, I really didn't think she’d remembered me but she did. She heard my concerns and took care of me. She's a bit pushy so, she got me on track to complete all my needed annuals. She's so down to earth we chatted and got caught up as I checked out. Now, let me tell you, all y'all ain't me. But, do your best. Everyday is not a great day for anyone. Learn to give Grace and Grace will be given to you. I appreciated my visit with Dr. Martinez yesterday.

As a mother, a wife, and a professional woman, Dr. Laquita Martinez understands the importance of maintaining a healthy quality of life. Undeniably, women are the driving force and the center of the family unit, and women’s health is crucial to the stability of that unit. The goal of Blossom Women’s Health Center in Alpharetta, Georgia, is to help patients achieve their full health potential as they blossom from puberty to menopause. The practice strives to provide efficient and quality healthcare to get patients back to a fulfilling life.
Dr. Martinez is a graduate of Florida A&M University. She completed medical school at the University of Louisville school of medicine in Louisville, KY before moving to Georgia to be closer to family. She then underwent extensive training at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA while serving as Chief Resident for Morehouse School of Medicine OBGYN Residency Program. She has served the community of Atlanta as a board-certified OB/GYN for over a decade.
At Blossom Women's Health Center, Dr. Martinez performs several in office gynecologic procedures. She has a particular interest in women's preventative health and wellness and provides individualized care for many gynecology-related issues including the management of irregular periods, menopausal symptoms, and weight loss.
Dr. Martinez does not have any obstetric hospital obligations. Therefore, patients can be assured that their visits will not be interrupted.

All of the staff was courteous and helpful. Dr. Martinez answered all questions and made me feel comfortable as a new patient.
Dr. Martinez and every single person working in her office are all absolutely fantastic. I had been putting off pelvic exams for years after a bad experience with a previous provider so I was very nervous when I arrived for my appointment, but Dr. Martinez was so warm and kind and extremely empathetic to my concerns. My lab results came back quickly and her office helped coordinate appointments with other providers for the follow ups I need -- they've been so helpful and present even though my appointment is over. I'm so so thrilled that I got to meet Dr. Martinez and that she's helped me overcome some major anxiety for my future appointments -- I'm actually really looking forward to to seeing all of their smiling faces again!

Anastasia, the Nurse Practitioner was amazing! We talked as if we were friends and she let me know everything she would be doing. Very thorough and answers all of your questions. Every other stuff I came in contact with were friendly and helpful!

This is hands down my favorite OBGYN and all around experience with medical professionals. I've had 3 visits to this place so far and the women in this office are exemplary in every way. They are empathetic and considerate of any issues you may need to address. They do a wonderful job at promptly filling any needed prescriptions and are great at ensuring all test results are within their portal for ease of access. They are informative and considerate and some of the best service providers I have visited. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
Very patient, understanding, helpful, and amazing women. They are all very supportive, especially as my first time visit. I nauseous post-visits and they are very accommodating to that, I thank them.
