Mrs. Zalusky isn't afraid of asking serious questions and is extremely efficient in her duties to dig down to the root cause of my issues. Even though she is relentless in pressing issues, she breaks through walls and in assisting me with mental health. I appreciate her tremendously.

I look forward to my counseling sessions with Kristen Zalusky. She is a great counselor, at times it seems as if we are old friends just having a conversation and other times Kristen is having me explain things. Regardless of the technique or theory she is using, it helps me to get things out of the way and focus on solving my issue(s). I highly recommend Connell & Associates and especially Kristen.
Kristen provides a safe place for me to express how I'm feeling without making me feel uneasy or ashamed. In the past several months since I started working with her, I have seen some of the biggest, positive shifts in my life. We have worked and continue to process issues I faced in my life. She listens with compassion and as someone who truly cares. I always leave feeling better than when I went in. It's also nice to hear her say how she notices my positive progression through therapy.
