As an older patient (75 years old), I find it now common for professional s to come in and start talking no introduction. I may be old fashioned, but I like an introduction. Ms. Carter was very polite and knowledgeable and explaiShow morened in terms that I could understand. She was up front about my situation might not fit this medical treatment but was willing to let me try it. In a nutshell I'm pleased with this practice.
Excellent visit. Kristen was very patient with my many questions, she explained to me in detail how the meds would work, what to look out for, and future possibilities. Her follow up was quick and detailed also. Kristen was avaShow moreilable for any communication outside of my visit, not something I've ever experienced with my GP. Knowledgeable and approachable, she put me at ease.

This was my first visit The doctor is very pleasant She gave me a brochure explaining the process for treatment but I would have preferred she explained more

A waste of my time and could not schedule me an appointment. Desk personal not helpful nor willing to help. Going to another firm altogether. Will not return here

Request for a consult set up same day. Kristen was very friendly and listened well to my issues. She offered clear and helpful info, and offered a few ideas on how to re-start my NNC treatments. I am hopeful the soon-to-come PNStimulation treatments may be helpful. Now awaiting a call back from front office to get going.....

The service here was very nice and professional. Upon entering the office, I was greeted politely. Once I was called to the back for my initial intake, the nurse was very polite/caring. Then afterwards speaking with the Dr., I felt good. Very good service was provided to me. Thank you
