There’s nothing bad I can say about Krista, she is so kind and understanding. She always makes me feel heard and takes her time with every appointment, I truly feel like she cares and doesn’t treat me like another number. With her help and diagnoses I’ve went from constantly being in a flight mode to actually enjoying my days. I will continue to check in with her on my mental health journey and am so grateful for all the extended benefits of Harbor Psych.
