My name is Morgan Barrett. I’ve been with Grace for about a year now . my whole life I’ve had a lot of auto immune issues diseases and processes. My bodies is going thru and has gone thru issues that no one’s able to help me no onShow moree‘s understood and I’m still without that diagnosis and for a long time I lost hope and faith in western medicine and doctors because I felt like I was told that I’m normal and everything ‘s OK and it’s just psychological and I suffer with a chronic Illnesses and a lot of pain that’s reality to me . Krista has given me Faith and Hope in doctors again. Her bedside manner the way she listens the way she cares the way she takes in every concern and she goes out of her way to make sure my quality of life is better she doesn’t treat you like just another patient but human being to human being . She is the first doctor I’ve had in 34 years that cares about the happy times of my life getting married vacations work she treats you just like your special and unique and all she wants to do is help you and she’s genuine. I’m recommending her to friends and coworkers to go and see her because I trust her and that’s a big deal in today’s medical world !
I was pleased to be shown to a treatment room very quickly. I was not well and was uncomfortable sharing the reception area with healthy people. I’m sure I wasn’t the only one who appreciated this! This was my first visit seeing KShow morerista Furman. She was great! Very caring, and very thorough. I wasn’t feeling well enough to think clearly, but her questions were perfect to jog my memory to provide all the information she needed. I will have no hesitation to see Krista in the future.
Krista Furman is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor's and Master's in Nursing at the University of South Carolina. She has been with Grace since September 2023. Prior to joining Grace, she worked as an RN in the ambulatory setting for four years with Prisma Health.
Krista is originally from Syracuse, New York, where she was a teacher for 9 years before deciding to pursue nursing. She moved to Greenville six years ago with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs to escape the snow and is thoroughly enjoying the weather here in South Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys running, playing tennis and golf, baking, reading, and spending time with her family.
Krista is focused on treating the patient as an active participant in their health care. She listens to her patients' concerns, beliefs, and wishes allowing them to help make healthy choices and determine their best path to wellness.

I wasn’t kept waiting very long, and I felt that Krista was very thorough, and even questioned me about results from a previous visit. Overall, I feel very comfortable having Krista as my healthcare provider.

Came in w/o appointment; was able to see Krista. She diagnoised sinus infection; prescribed antibiotic. Excellent practice; if looking for primary care, highly recommend!
This is a great place when you need caring and dedicated people. The office personnel are very friendly and helpful and the doctors listen to you and give you time to explain the issues. I’ve been extremely disappointed in my past with doctor offices but Grace has been a pleasant experience.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Buffaloe and his staff. They were able to see me on the spur of the moment to help me with a rather nasty sinus infection. Krista was thorough, and helped me with a prescription of antibiotics and instructions to help alleviate my condition. Top to bottom, this is a caring and competent group of professionals.
Krista is always attentive and very thorough. She's understanding and has a great sense of humor. She's very knowledgeable in the medical profession.
