Z Dermatology and Desirea Macias are wonderful. The office is clean and bright. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Desirea made me feel very at ease. She explained what was a concern and what wasn't. She quickly adShow morevised the treatment plan and follow up needs. Dealing with skin concerns could be frightening if your provider is less informative or doesn't have a calming demeanor. But with Desirea, I felt like I had all the info I needed after a concise visit, and we had a treatment plan going forward. Anyone who visits this practice will be in good, caring hands. Dr. Kirellos Zamary is an associate fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He graduated from UC Davis with honors prior to completing medical school at UC Irvine. After his internship at Brown University, he completed his general surgery residency at the UCSF Fresno program, and completed a Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at Stanford University.
Throughout his career, he has published multiple articles in various reputable journals. Dr. Kirellos Zamary currently serves as a Trauma/Critical Care surgeon and Associate Trauma Medical Director at St. Joseph Memorial hospital in Santa Rosa and serves on-staff at Z Dermatology & Skin Wellness for any extensive surgical excisions needed for our patients.
Throughout his training, he has honed his skills in complex skin excisions, sentinel lymph node biopsies, and all modalities of varicose vein treatments.

Love her. Long story short…had an awful rash…saw her and she put me on some cream and it went away within a few days. I’ve had that rash for 6 months and it is totally gone. Found my new Dermatologist. Julianne Adam.
