About Kimberly Pasamonte

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Fitness and Health Promotion, as well as a Master’s in Kinesiology with a specialization in Gerokinesiology. She is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through N.S.C.A.

Before joining us as a Posture Therapist, Kimberly honed her skills working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Her experience includes teaching post-rehab classes for individuals with chronic conditions and leading programs in balance and mobility, Silver Sneakers, boot camp, run club, pole fitness, and various martial arts disciplines (Taekwondo, Hapkido, Wushu, and Tai Chi).

Drawing from her background as a balance & mobility instructor, Kimberly understands that addressing body imbalances requires a holistic approach. She considers each individual’s unique circumstances, including internal and external factors, and emphasizes the importance of healing the body as a whole.

In her leisure time, Kimberly enjoys spending quality time with her nephew and niece, listening to audiobooks while jogging, exploring new physical and creative pursuits, and traveling internationally.

Kimberly firmly believes in the power of dedication and effort. Inspired by the wisdom of Yoda, she lives by the mantra: “Do or Do not. There is no try.”
