Kim L. Gerin, PA-C, is a Registered and NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant treating patients throughout Plainview and Commack, NY at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery. Awesome work
Ms. Gerin and her assistant are wonderful. The constant texts telling me to sign in whenever I've ready done so repeatedly, are annoying and counterproductive. After repeatedly sending in photos of my insurance, I was asked to show my insurance and then told that isn't what they have on file. Isn't that the purpose of me sending you my insurance card? This is a repeat issue and erodes my faith in the practice. Good doctors, not great administrative practices.
