I am a Certified Nurse Practitoner, with a speciality in Family Practice. I have 20 plus years in a vast background of intensive care, emergency medicine, inpatient rehabilitation and partnering with local emergency medicine services. I received my nursing degree from New Mexico State University and advanced through Grand Canyon University, where I graduated with honors. Great experience for me. I was seen in a timely fashion by a very knowledgeable professional! I use this office as primary care for the last 2 years and I love them all.
Willing to listen to the patients and get them the treatment they need. Excellent visit and I would recommend her to anyone needing medical help.
I can't rate because the doctor did not show up to the virtual visit.
I had to call a couple of times to get my prescriptions sent to pharmacy, but care by doctor and staff was excellent.

I like this office over the others I’ve been to in Nevada. I just hate Covid and the way you get treated when you have it.

The experience of waiting was terrible. No matter if I’m in the office or online, the wait time is wildly inappropriate. The Nurse Partitioner was helpful, there were no issues there. It’s just the wait time. They have to understand people some times make these on lunch appointments, especially Telehealth. We’re not coming in the office for a reason, else we would.

Check in was great, nurse was great but Dr seemed short and rude
The nurse practitioner who treated me was excellent. The experience at the front desk was uncomfortable. It is inappropriate to expect patients to discuss symptoms at length in a waiting room setting, I refused as I had already given necessary information over the phone when I made the appointment. Training is needed for respectful discretion.
