I worked with Kim a while back and the exercises she gave me were understandable and doable...because of that I actually did them! And got results. Came back for a separate issue and found the same level of care and professionalShow moreism that I found the first time. Thanks

Kim went over all of my concerns very thoroughly and had valid and detailed explanations for the causes. Excellent.
Kim has been excellent at pinpointing my particular physical problems and giving me targeted exercises. Viktoria has been incredibly careful to make sure that I’m doing everything correctly and adjusting my form to maximize positive results.
High quality care and I have high confidence in Kimberly Burn and her staff

Extremely knowledgeable and wants to help heal folks.
Kim listened to my story, watched how I move, and was immediately able to diagnose what I need to work on. I saw real progress in just one session!
While I don't understand her "data" Kimberly uses it skillfully to inform me while orchestrating my improvement. She interacts -demonstrating the importance of the exercise details to change movement patterns insisting my brain's responses change. She is a talent.
I recently had my 1st Visit/Session w/Dr. Kim, and I have to say it was OA a Great experience. I felt like Dr. Kim affirmed me while educating me regarding body mechanics and how much of what I and others do actually compromises and even sabotages our health goals. I learned felt very uplifted & humbled as She showed my experiencially how much my current health issues are tied to poor body posture both at rest and in motion. - Thanx Dr. Kimberly Burns.
Kim answers questions, adjusts therapy exercises according to your age and ability and very pleasant.

Had a wonderful session with Victoria yesterday. She covered everything that I needed and gave great advice and recommendations. Always feels very welcoming place to come with very positive vibes. Thank you Kim for all you do 🏆🙏🌟🎄⚘️💖
Working with Kim & Victoria has been a great help for me. They are good communicating & explaining the exercises & figuring out what will help your body mechanics improve HIGHLY recommended
I enjoyed meeting Kimberly she was very nice, and I am a type of person that reads people's faces and gestures. Kimberly was all smiles and that made me feel welcomed.
Clean review of exercises with pointers on details. Answers to all my questions related to work that wasn’t just about the exercises.
Candid, clear communicator who is encouraging as she meets the patient needs
Worked with Victoria last visit. Very good explanations of exercises & good feedback
Appreciated the tough love assessment at the first appointment: honest, direct approach. Use of data in making the assessment was informative . Challenging exercises demonstrated & then observation of your attempts.Repattern brain to new ways of being challenging while needed. Fired up, ready to go!
Kim is incredibly educated on hypermobility and I have never felt more understood/ more able to understand what has been going on in my body over the last few years. She is very thorough and explained things in ways that a non-medical person could understand and integrate. She explained each measurement she did and what the numbers meant in terms of my function. I highly recommend Kim if you suspect any form of hypermobility, EDS or otherwise.
The way she explains the reasons behind the exercises is engaging and supportive. She meets patients where they are at and uses clear goals and feedback. She also shows patients that they are already uniquely strong, which provides a foundation for improvement in the long term.
Kim B is incredibly knowledgeable, she explained the causes of my back pain in a way that made sense, and designed a treatment exercise plan that’s not too tough, but challenging enough to help me strengthen. Her assistant is also amazing, gentle and explains everything clearly!
I found Kim to be an excellent communicator. She explained everything very well & showed me how to do the excercises. The foolow up you tubes are a god send
I've suffered for decades from body pain, stiffness and mobility issues from POTS and fibro, and I've seen dozens of PTs over the years. The first time I saw Kim, she knew exactly how to treat me, and I started seeing solid gains even though I was given far less exercises than other PTs gave me, as Kim's were targeted to my holistic well being and ability. I am continuing to grow the confidence in my body, and Kim's treatment has helped me more in a few months than years of other PT.
Amazing
Could not be more pleased. Kim and assistants know what someone with Parkinson's needs to work on. Very kind and supportive.
Kim is knowledgeable, compassionate and caring! She was able to see what I was dealing with better than any of the orthopedics or spine drs I have been dealing with for years! I will never use another Whatcom PT cause my experience with her has been so superior!
This was the most thorough and comprehensive evaluation I have received from a PT (this is the 4th PT I have had in the past 10 years). Dr. Burns obvious skill, knowledge and care left me feeling hopeful that my injury can be rehabilitated. She did not rush, answered all my questions and provided a great deal of additional information. She sent a follow up with details on how to do my exercises less than a day from when I saw her. Easily 5 star care.
The PT girls are friendly and encouraging. They respond to exercises that are difficult or painful by adjusting them to your ability.
Supportive, knowledgeable, patient.
I went to Kim after I tore my ACL. She helped me understand how I've learned to use my body throughout my life, my areas of weakness, and how my injury fits into all of this. We worked on building symmetry, strong and balanced body movement, and recovery. I'm so thankful for Kim and how her expertise and excercises have improved my life and recovery!
During my new patient appointment she really listened to me and validated my pain. She made a treatment plan while other providers refused to see me. Im really glad I decided to make an appointment with her.
