About Kiley Ventling

My name is Kiley Ventling. I've been in the Esthetics field for 9 years. I knew I wanted to choose a career in which I helped people feel and look their best. I wanted to choose a job that would help increase a person’s self-esteem and self-worth.

I first attended Ashland University where I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science and minored in Coaching. Once I graduated from Ashland, I wanted to focus my efforts into Esthetics because I enjoyed researching and investigating skincare products and ingredients. I attended the Aveda Institute of Columbus to receive my Aesthetics training.

I've worked in a variety of different areas within aesthetics, but my favorite is working at a medical spa. In a medical setting, results are seen and achieved sooner than more of an organic approach. I specialize in chemical peels and really enjoy Medical MicroNeedling treatments. I like performing facial massages to help reduce puffiness and excess lymph in the face. I love that there are procedures that can be done to improve the skin’s youthfulness without having to go under the knife. I strongly think that at home skincare is a vital key to changing and maintaining the look of the skin. I prefer working with medical grade skincare products because it is more of a results-oriented approach.

Outside of work, I enjoy almost all outdoor activities. I love going on hikes through the woods with my husband and Old English Sheep dog. Also, I like to mountain bike and snow ski. Anything that gets me outside and a part of nature is where I'm at.
