Kianna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with specialized training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) and extensive experience in community mental health, including Intensive In-Home (IIH) services. Her approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and holistic, and she strives to meet my clients where they are. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Experiential Therapy techniques to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel valued and understood.
She works with clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Her goal is to empower clients to be their authentic selves and create meaningful change in their lives. She believes that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering process, where clients feel supported and respected as they work toward healing and growth.
