Late to most appointments, doesn’t remember what he’s prescribed you / mixes you up with other patients. Prescribes medication out of your insurance then doesn’t respond to office messages, he’s nice just overworked or not good at his job not sure
He was late and decided to take like litery5 mins with us to just increase the dose. I’m not sure if he is trying to get to the root cause.
Kevin is very easy to talk and relate with. He is a good listener and definitely seams to care and want to help unlike some Doctors I have had that give 2 minutes and push drugs on you and send you on your way wondering what just happened.
This service worked without a kink, it check my speaker, microphone, and video before going to the meeting. This gave me confidence that my important meeting will go through without a hitch. Also they made it easy by giving me a link in email that all I had to do was click it and not require information from me other than typing my name and maybe birthday. I am pleased with the software and peice of mind using it. Thank you to those who developed this software, you did a good job.

Dr Serrano is an Outstanding Dr. I had a phone appt with him the other day that I forgot about, due to some very stressful things in my life and had my phone on silent from the night before. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30. When I looked at my phone around 4:00. I saw that he called me 5 times and left 3 voice messages. So I called his office and apologized, thinking I blew it. Then he called me a little before 6:00 and we talked. Never in my 64 years did a Dr go out of his way as he did!
Kevin Serrano is a very professional and can still project a warm and kind hearted relaxed personality and the fact that he has gotten my son’s approval and trust means the world to me. Dr. Serrano does not pressure the patient and will only asks questions so he can get the patient feel empowered and accountable rather than pressured and uncertain. That means a lot to a patient !! So thank the entire office for all the support and care !! ?????Mireille P.
