Keren Weltman, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist at Thomas Dermatology’s Centennial Hills office in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Weltman completed her dermatology residency at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, where she served as Chief Resident. After training, she practiced for 7 years at a multispecialty group in the Midwest.

Dr. Weltman was awesome. She was caring, sensitive & knowledgeable. She diagnosed an issue I didn't even realize I had, took a culture but prescribed what I needed right away. The culture confirmed her findings but she was already treating the problem. I highly recommend her!

Great experience, and really caring towards their patients
Dr. Weltman is thorough, as well as friendly, and does not make me feel rushed. I had a spot removed and my incision looks wonderful, which is important to me. I would highly recommend her.
