I've been a patient of Dr. Pugar for over a year and he has been able to get my mygraines back under control after my insurance company changed the approved treatment plans. He listens and shares up-to-date research data to cuShow morestomize my care. Even after a stretch of high stress over the past 3 months, I've continued to track with less migraines and daily headaches. I also appreciate Dr. Pugar's skill and technique. My "botox" treatment for migraines is approximately 25-28 injections, and I don't even flinch. He's the best I've experienced and I am very glad I've found Dr. Pugar and this practice.
Very prompt. Sat down with me to go over procedure & answer any questions.he introduced me to a student that was with him. I felt so comfortable & relaxed. Procedure was over before i knew it! Dr. Pugar went to college at Ohio University in Athens, earning his Bachelor of Science in chemistry. After graduation, he enrolled at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and obtained his Doctor of Osteopathy. Before joining DCND, he completed residency training at Kettering Health Dayton (formerly Grandview Medical Center) in Ohio.

Absolutely love my experience every time! Dr. Pugar always listens and makes me feel like I am in control of my health and decisions, he explains every option in detail and never rushes me. He is extremely knowledgeable and understanding. Living with a neurological disorder can be difficult to navigate and I am so grateful he is part of my medical team. Highly recommend!

Attentive, explains things well.
This was the first time i met with Dr. Pugar. It was a pleasure. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my Trigeminal Neuralagia. He provided me with the information I needed and put my mind at ease. I would recommend him to anyone who want to feel at ease and get a professional opinion about there condition.
From the resident Dr La Combe to Dr Pugar what a receptive, caring practice. I felt listened to, and had empathy, and felt not hurried at all. I had many questions and I was listened to and I was heard. I highly recommend.

Dr. Pugar is an outstanding physician who has the ability to talk with patients using language that patients understand! This is rare in today's medical world. He does not act like he's always in a hurry but takes the time needed to make sure patient understands. He is intelligent and makes patient feel comfortable. Need I say more? Not in my opinion. Excellent. Dr. Pugar took his time with ever appointment and explained everything with me, he has referred me to a rheumatology and recommended me going to the Cleveland clinic. I do hope that he set up the referral for me to go to the Cleveland clinic. I need to know why my system is going but it goes through it comes and goes and I truly believe that his referral when he gives it and OK for me to go to the Cleveland clinic
Top of the line! Very intelligent doc, has great patient relations, uses non educated medical terminology, haven't met a doc like this in many many years. Would recommend him to anyone, in fact can't wait for him to treat my husband...appt is just too far away!
