It took over 2months to get an appt. However, the medical student and senior resident did an excellent history and physical assessment. Very kind, professional and thorough. Dr. Portage verified their findings. They kept me inforShow moremed and explained everything.
He was very patient with me, knowing my anxiety about needles. He was smooth as he possibly could be with my tension through the roof and a migraine to boot. I would highly recommend him.

Friendly, professional, kind and patient!
I've been a patient of Dr. Pugar for over a year and he has been able to get my mygraines back under control after my insurance company changed the approved treatment plans. He listens and shares up-to-date research data to customize my care. Even after a stretch of high stress over the past 3 months, I've continued to track with less migraines and daily headaches. I also appreciate Dr. Pugar's skill and technique. My "botox" treatment for migraines is approximately 25-28 injections, and I don't even flinch. He's the best I've experienced and I am very glad I've found Dr. Pugar and this practice.
Attentive, explains things well.
