Very thankful I ended up with Ken, I really don’t know if I’d still be here today if I didn’t get matched with him… really hanging by a thread and he doesn’t try to cut that thread in any way without my consent, just cuz HE doesn’Show moret like something in place (irrelevant) for whatever reason, he’s way more patient centered. Which is yk, how it should be in the adult world… Thank you Dr. Barris, know it’s been difficult finding a solution for me and I really appreciate you not giving up on me! :)
Best doctor you could ask for, understands people as people and isn’t a “one size fits all” type. With your consent, he will help you find what helps you best and won’t try to force anything/views on you (as a psych patient too), Show moreeven if he disagrees etc. Just the most respectful/forgiving doctor you could ask for. Think this is like my third review but I keep getting these emails so wanna say something positive about my luck ending up with Ken and as always, thanks for not giving up on me! :)

Kenneth is a great provider. After years of being misdiagnosed by other doctors, Kenneth was able to set me up with an evaluation and got me the diagnosis. Since being diagnosed and properly medicated, my life has changed drastically. He is a good communicator, kind, knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend him to anyone seeking help.
I have enjoyed meeting with Mr. Baris for 2 years! My main issue was how I was dealing with the grief of a house fire that killed my 3 beloved dogs. I had a lot of trouble sleeping and Ken helped with that immensely! I respect the fact that he avoided the usual "throw pills at you" benzos and we worked through it with conversations and a very mild non addictive medication. He is so easy to talk to and is relatable for anyone on so many levels. Thank you Ken!
Dr. Baris is very helpful and knowledgeable on medications. He listens to his patients. Dr. Baris has been very helpful in getting "myself " back to normal.

I love Kenneth! He is so down to earth and I really like that I can joke around with him. He always shows concern and empathy and never is quick to just prescribe. I never feel like I'm just another patient to him. I always look forward to our appointments.

I've been a patient of his for about two years now. My wife and I are appreciative of his professional assistance. We always have a positive experience where frank conversations are still comfortable. He's helped us decern for ourselves what treatment options are best for me instead of just prescribing something that may not be the most beneficial. He consistently asks us how we believe things have been working for us. He's always been responsive to requests for refills between visits too!
Very understanding and amicable. And he has always given me a better understanding of my medication.
