Kelly is an answer to our prayers. My 16 year old daughter has been suffering from ADHD and depression due to a family trauma for over 3 years now, and we have been trying all different types of therapies. One session with Kelly and my daughter is smiling again. She is hopeful. She feels like she is finally being heard by someone who understands exactly what she needs. We have been very happy with her approach with our daughter. She incorporates all areas of well being- Exercise, eating well, sleep so that the physical health is focused on as well as mental health! Having the option to be in person or virtual is also very helpful with busy schedules.
