iCare Telecare was amazing! Everything from the scheduling process to the actual appointment was easy and efficient. I felt like I had plenty of time to talk with the provider during our call. She actually read my chart, so her questions were relevant to my diagnosis, but also to my body, taking into account allergies, etc. She made sure I completely understood the path to recovery. I would use this service again.

When I told her that I typically prefer a more natural approach to things, she validated my feelings and never judged me and did not make me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about.
